As per our policy, BOYA Egypt only sells and delivers products within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
International orders are currently not supported.

Shipping across most governorates and regions is done via Foto Express company vehicles.
For remote areas, we partner with trusted third-party logistics providers.

Note: No shipping is conducted on Fridays or official Egyptian holidays.

Subject to the exclusions, timelines, and conditions below, BOYA Egypt accepts returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Defective, or

  • Unopened, unused, and still sealed with its original security tape


βœ… Return Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories (batteries, chargers, cables, manuals, tags, etc.)

  • Include a copy of the purchase invoice

⚠️ Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed defective by the BOYA Egypt Service Center.
